How to use a bill payment calendar
- Collect your bills from bank statements and online accounts: rent or mortgage, utilities, phone, internet, insurance, subscriptions and card payments.
- Write each bill on its due date with the amount. For bills that vary, like electricity, use last month's amount.
- Mark paydays too, so you can see which bills come out before and after each paycheck.
- Tick each bill when it is paid. Bills that pay automatically still go on the calendar so you know the money is leaving.
Make yours in the calendar builder
In the builder, add each bill as a note on its due date ("Rent $1,450"). Notes are marked on the calendar and listed by date under the month grid on the PDF. The builder doesn't repeat entries, so add each month's bills to that month.

Can I change my bill due dates?
Often, yes. Many card issuers, utilities and phone companies let you pick a due date. Moving bills to just after payday is one of the easiest ways to avoid late fees.
Is my bill information stored?
No. This page doesn't collect anything, and the builder keeps calendars in your own browser only.
