Give each dose its own row: the medicine, strength and time, like "Vitamin D 1000 IU – breakfast". Twice-daily medicines get two rows. 2. Copy the details exactly from the pharmacy label, and add a row for any short course with its end date. 3. Keep the sheet next to the medicines with a pen, and tick each dose straight after it is taken. 4. Take the sheet to appointments; it is a quick record of what was taken and when. ## **Make yours in the calendar builder** For medicines taken on set dates rather than daily (a weekly injection, a monthly refill or a course ending), add them in the builder as events or notes on those dates.
