## **How to use a birthday calendar**

1. Go through your phone contacts, family group chats and last year's calendar and type each birthday on its date. Add the birth year in brackets if you want to know which birthday it is.
2. Add anniversaries and other yearly dates in the same way. Leap-day birthdays go on February 29.
3. Print it and hang it somewhere you see daily, like inside a kitchen cabinet or next to your desk.
4. At the start of each month, glance at the next month too so there's time to send a card.

## **Make yours in the calendar builder**

Want birthdays on a regular dated calendar instead? Open January 2027 in the builder, add each birthday as a note on its date, then export all twelve months. On the PDF, notes are marked on the date and listed by name under each month's grid. The builder has no repeating events, so each year needs its birthdays added again.

### **What is a perpetual birthday calendar?**

A calendar that lists dates (January 1 to December 31) without weekdays or a year. Because birthdays fall on the same date every year, you fill it in once and use it forever.

### **Where do I put a February 29 birthday?**

The calendar includes February 29. Many people with leap-day birthdays celebrate on February 28 or March 1 in other years, so you may want to write a reminder there too.

### **Is my list saved?**

No. Names you type stay in this browser tab only and are never sent anywhere. Print the calendar (or save it as a PDF from the print dialog) before you close the tab.
